In 2009, we found ourselves temporarily unemployed.

Inspired by a cross country road trip we took while on our forced break, our original company - fallenpeach - was centered around our travel photography. In 2011, Matt first illustrated Sammy the black cat - and he was an immediate hit. Over the next year or two we faded out our photography products and went full tilt into illustrations. In 2015 we officially expanded Sammy’s world and rebranded as fallenpeachlane to emphasize the community of creatures that Matt had slowly been incorporating into his artwork.

Matt is the imaginative and amazing artist responsible for all the characters (and their names) that populate fallenpeachlane. Lindsey does the behind the scenes work -from website building and social media to finding fairs to set up shop at.

We are both big readers with a love of movies, Disney, road trips, and most things nerdy. In 2021 we welcomed our cat Leia to the family and she is our whole world. Follow us on Instagram for all the kitty photos!

Though we still work day jobs, our side business has grown over the years and we can’t wait to see what happens in the next 14 years!
